Polideportivo Municipal La Yesa is the town sports hub in La Yesa, a mountain village in Los Serranos about an hour from Valencia city. The complex mixes seasonal swimming with year-round outdoor sport: a municipal padel court sits alongside a fronton, covered pavilion, outdoor gym, children's climbing walls and picnic areas under pines near the San Roque chapel. Visitors often come for a full day—pool in summer, bar-restaurant for lunch or evening drinks, then casual padel or pelota for locals. It feels more like a village leisure park than a commercial padel club, which suits residents and weekend trippers exploring the reservoir and Serranía trails.

Facilities

Padel and other sports facilities are managed by the Ayuntamiento de La Yesa. Contact the polideportivo on +34 961 636 034 or through layesa.es for court availability, municipal fees and seasonal rules. There is no Playtomic-style online club; booking is typically arranged with the town sports service. Pool entry is paid separately with modest day rates. Pavilion and court conditions vary by season—call ahead if you need guaranteed padel access.

We went for the day and were impressed by its well-maintained facilities. It has a very large and clean swimming pool, surrounded by shady trees and artificial turf. There's also a children's splash pool. A lifeguard is on duty, and there's a small entrance fee. It closes at midday from 3 to 4 pm. The sports complex also includes a paddle tennis court, a fronton court, a children's climbing wall, an outdoor gym, an indoor pavilion, and changing rooms. There are also picnic areas under the pine trees and next to the San Roque chapel. There's a bar/restaurant with very reasonable prices. It's a great place to spend the day just an hour from Valencia and explore the Los Serranos region.

It's a shame, I've been here before and had a great service and a 10/10 lunch, so we came back...but... We arrived at 3:15, and a table of 12 was taking their order ahead of me. When I asked for lunch, 3 of them told me no, that it was too late... So, that's a shame...

I loved the pool. The pavilion's covered courts allow the kids to play without too much heat, which would otherwise be impossible in the summer when the west wind blows. And I find the pelota court very interesting. Almost better than padel.

The pool bar is the best. It offers a variety of snacks, paellas to order, and at night it doubles as a pub. Order the pork cheek croquettes and chicken tacos. The service is friendly and efficient.

At the Yesa sports center, you'll find a playground, a paddle tennis court, two climbing walls, and exercise equipment for seniors. There's also a pool and a bar, which are currently closed. The pavilion has always been open when we've been there. There are two goalposts and two baskets, and the courts are very dirty.
