Pistas Deportivas ACS is the Seseña Nuevo racket complex used by Club de Tenis y Padel Villa de Seseña, a coaching club built around structured tennis and padel for every age and level in the municipality. The club presents ACS on its Centros page as one of three “pistas deportivas tenis y padel” sites, alongside El Quiñón and Vallegrande, so this Google listing is the ACS / Seseña Nuevo branch rather than the whole network. Teaching sits at the centre of the offer: schools are organised by age and ability, with beginners able to train once a week and more advanced players taking three or four sessions. Diego Manrique leads as CEO and head coach, while Jorge Sánchez Aranzueque is listed as the dedicated padel coach, with federation-level padel playing experience in Castilla-La Mancha and several years of padel teaching. The club’s own site frames the project as a professional, pedagogical response to racket sport in Seseña rather than a casual hit-and-run hire venue.
Facilities
Access to coaching is organised through Club de Tenis y Padel Villa de Seseña rather than a separate ACS membership desk. For the 2025/26 season the club keeps online inscription open for tennis and padel: you choose the sport, give level and schedule preferences, and can select Seseña Nuevo (this ACS site) among preferred installations, together with El Quiñón, Vallegrande, or Seseña Viejo. Day options on the form include Monday–Wednesday–Friday, Tuesday–Thursday, or weekend mornings, with limited places and a ranking opt-in for same-level competition. A free trial class (“clase de prueba”) can be requested for tennis or padel via a short form on the inscription and news pages; the club then contacts you to place you in a suitable group. Particular conditions of enrolment are published as a downloadable PDF, covering data use, image consent, and the fact that the socio fee includes civil liability cover only—not medical or accident insurance, which players must arrange themselves or via federation membership. Questions go through the contact form, email, or the site’s WhatsApp button.

I'm only giving it 3 stars, and I'll explain why. In my opinion, the facility lacks a phone number to reserve both padel and tennis courts. It's up to the concierges whether or not they want to leave their phone number for this purpose. I understand they don't have to. Another thing, I often miss the strict schedule, which doesn't allow these sports to be practiced on holidays and in the mornings, especially in summer. The stifling heat makes it impossible to practice these sports for personal safety, of course. This review also applies to the Quiñon courts.
The slopes are great and the caretaker keeps them very well maintained
Two well-maintained tennis courts, one of which is clay—something surprising in this area—and the other is hard surface. There's also a paddle tennis court, and bathrooms and showers are available.
I liked them! The downside is that there's no phone number for booking, so you have to go there.
Excellent facilities for sports activities, including clay, hard courts, and padel courts, all in good condition. Great for racket sports enthusiasts.
