The negative review was for them because here, the service is excellent and the staff are courteous. Comparisons are odious, but since you have no rivals in terms of facilities, you don't need to worry.

A friendly atmosphere and excellent environment for training and having fun with padel or taekwondo. Incidentally, the taekwondo coach is a real asset, as he's the Aragon regional coach and has an impressive resume. The facilities are very good, and fortunately, you don't have to leave the city.
