We took a 90-minute spa circuit for two. At first, it was fine because there weren't many of us, even though the spa isn't very big. Afterwards, there were so many people that we couldn't use much of it. When we left, they asked us how the experience was, and when we told them it was too crowded, they told us it was within the permitted capacity, but yes, we had been there that day. I don't know how capacity is calculated; it should be calculated based on the use of the different options, not on the assumption that there is one person per square meter. We won't be going back. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

It needs good maintenance. The pool is very dirty. There are band-aids, sand accumulated on the stairs, threads, and general filth that's been there for days. It's especially disgusting to see band-aids in the pool for days, and not just one or two. But it's not just band-aids anymore, there are even pieces of tile from the pool itself... Like the spa, the buttons on some circuits are broken and don't respond, or you leave your fingers pressing them; it's very annoying and uncomfortable. I have irritation from the chlorine in the jacuzzi. I think either you don't change the water or I don't understand. Some days there is so much chlorine that it's unbearable to be in it because it stings your eyes. The saunas work whenever they want, the doors don't close properly, not to mention that it's incredibly annoying to be in the sauna and have six people open the door, look, leave, and leave the door ajar. The hours for members and hotel guests are horrible, and they can even crowd the spa. There should be separate hours for hotel guests. Many people don't even respect the rules, entering without hats or causing a lot of noise. I think the pool and spa area needs proper maintenance and renovation, as well as cleaning and hygiene, because when you go up the stairs to the locker room, puddles form, like mud. Also, keeping an eye on children to make sure they don't enter the spa alone would be a good idea. There are afternoons when it's impossible to relax.

Spacious gym with covered padel courts (not indoor) in good condition, with natural light and good lighting. I was told the padel courts are open 24 hours a day and can be rented through an app at a good price. Friendly staff; a place worth exploring.

The service was excellent, and the spa facilities were average, as expected. For me, the problem was the number of people; more than 30 at a time was too much. We didn't get the peace and relaxation we were looking for. Furthermore, the jet pool, which is my favorite part, wasn't hot; it was rather lukewarm. Nothing particularly noteworthy.
