CM Valencia Tennis Center is a public tennis and padel club in Malvarrosa, set within the Escuelas Pías Malvarrosa school grounds a few minutes from Patacona beach. It opened in 2019 and pitches itself as a family-friendly venue where you can book a court without joining, though monthly abonado plans suit regular players. Eight outdoor padel courts use glass walls and new-generation artificial turf, including a central show court; all are floodlit. The same site has nine tennis courts and a pickleball lane, plus a competition tennis academy and structured padel schools for children and adults. Reviews often mention padel leagues, sunset views over the courts, and booking through the club app.
Facilities
One-off registration €60. Padel-only abonado €60/month covers one daily court session between 08:00 and 15:30; extra hours at member rates. Combined tennis and padel abonado €90/month with all-day access. Family abonado options for tennis, padel or both. Junior padel school (ages 6–16): from €50/month one day per week or €85/month two days, groups capped at four per court in 60-minute sessions. Private padel lessons €45/hour for one player or €55/hour for two; 90-minute pairs sessions also listed. Adult padel intensive programmes bookable by week, fortnight or month. Non-members hire courts via the app without a subscription.

Nice club with nice courts. But we were playing padel...it became dark...difficult to see the ball. We asked twice for lights to be turned on. We were told "not yet...it's very expensive ".
What a horrible tennis center! Staff is not helpful and apparently they only accept certain tennis shoes or they will kick you out. I WILL NEVER go here again. Such piss poor customer service with courts that are mediocre at best. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, and overall just a CRAP TENNIS CENTER. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money here…..SO NOT WORTH IT such shit customer service.
I really like this club. No membership required to play. the app is useful to book and play. tennis courts are well maintained. Padel leagues are fun. staff are nice. I wish it was closer to center but good access by bus.
Courts are very well maintained. Friendly staff, easy booking. Bar and coffee and seating area. Gorgeous sunsets as a backdrop.
They have a lot of tennis and padel courts, which is good. But the courts are not in good shape. And customer service is terrible, terrible, terrible. There are plenty of other tennis and padel facilities around Valencia. Do not play here.
