Polideportivo Virgen del Carmen Beteró is a large municipal sports centre in Valencia's Algirós district, run by the Federación de Hockey de la Comunidad Valenciana on Campillo de Altobuey near the university area and Tarongers metro. Hockey is the headline sport—two elite grass pitches host national and international tournaments—but the site also packs in five outdoor glass padel courts, two renovated football-7 fields, a fitness gym, skate park, speed-skating track and the Tercer Tiempo café-restaurant. Facilities
Padel court hire €10.85/hour without lights, €12.65/hour with lights. Annual padel pass €79.75 includes 50% discount on court bookings. Group padel courses €41.45/month or €113.85/quarter (one hour per week, max four adults or five children, levels from beginner to advanced). Private lessons €25.90/hour one person or €36.24/hour two people. Interclub competition squads available on enquiry. Abono Beteró multi-sport passes also listed on the site. This great sports centre in the heart of Valencia's university district has a range of facilities to meet the needs of many with a first class hockey field, together with pádel courts and football grounds. There are multiple options for training and meetings as well as on-site cafeteria which serves tasty portions.

Nice place, free to visit and train, except skate park - its private. It has football, speedskating, roller slalom, gym (payable), and some other places.
