We had dinner there for Halloween and it was awful. We ordered ribs that were laughable, €18 for 5 ridiculously small ribs, and €25 for grilled octopus that came pre-cooked, and the mashed potatoes were just bland, unpalatable mashed potatoes. We ordered ham pizza for the kids and they brought us a four-cheese pizza, which wasn't bad, but the Roquefort cheese flavor was too strong for the children. We ordered an oxtail burger and they brought us a regular burger, not oxtail... The dessert was the only saving grace; the French toast was delicious! It's a shame because it's not cheap at all! The place is fine for kids, but for lunch or dinner, you can only order a pizza and a few other dishes, but not much else...

The worst birthday experience, I don't recommend it at all. Everything was terrible, even the drinks, which were half full, and they serve them just like that. When you make a reservation, it's so everything is fresh, not to use used drinks. That was a big deal. Aside from the fact that they let you know an hour beforehand that there's another party afterward and that they have to have a quick snack and eat the cake in a hurry. On top of that, the manager was very rude, doesn't know how to deal with children, and yells at them, "Ugh, EVERYTHING IS AWFUL!" I won't go back.

I've mainly used their services for laundry-related issues (washer and dryer), and the truth is that everything works great, and the prices are comparable to others in the area; it's not usually very busy. While we wait for the laundry, we visit the bar, where there's a generally good atmosphere. It's true that I find the prices somewhat excessive, and the waiters' treatment could be greatly improved; the tension between the staff is palpable. The quality of the food and tapas is extraordinary, with the potato omelette and chicken livers being particularly good. Otherwise, I can't comment on the padel courts or the gym in general, but from what I've heard, it's pretty good.

I've been a gym user since it opened. Maintenance is lacking. The air conditioning in the girls' bathroom is either just for show or doesn't work. A check-up on the machines wouldn't hurt. In winter, with the police, it's impossible to work out: NO OVERCROWDED, NEXT UP! Please take care of your regular users!

This place is great, complete, and very, very pleasant. The padel courts are brilliantly organized and very high quality. The restaurant... Wow, fantastic. The waiters are pleasant and very friendly, the food is very, very good and affordable. Without a doubt, this place has become a place to visit every time I come to Avila. It's great for those of you with kids; they have their own area. You won't regret it.
