Bad experience with the return process. I had to return an item due to a size error, and they refunded me half the price of the product, without any explanation. I had to contact them to find out why, and the response was that the box arrived unusable. Boxes cost half the price of the product. All of this without taking into account that it's often handled by the courier company. I had to file the claim through another means outside of them.

Disaster. They sell through Amazon but don't ship the order; not recommended at all.

I bought it from the USA 🇺🇸. We communicated via WhatsApp because I had a few questions about the racket, and there were no communication problems. The racket arrived at my house within 7 days. Everything went perfectly. Thank you.
