Ok
The pools are green, I don't know if this is normal. The rest is very quiet and everything is fine. Judge for yourself by the photos.
The pool and facilities were very good. The bar service was also good. What we didn't find adequate was the lifeguard service. They weren't at their posts watching the pools practically all day. They were all chatting together in a small group, even though the pool was quite full. A woman had to go and alert them because they weren't paying attention and she needed to get a person in a wheelchair out of the pool. I don't think it's normal for them to be smoking like a group of friends. They also weren't paying attention to the people swimming fully clothed, of which there were several; they just walked right past them and didn't say a word.
The pools are green, the facilities are pretty bad, and on top of that, the staff are really quite bad. My group of friends went to play padel, paying 44 euros for two hours on two courts. They made us wait an hour at the door even though there were free courts, and they treated us terribly. In short, it's a pretty bad place, and if you're reconsidering going, it's honestly one of the worst in Zaragoza. It's a shame it only gets one star.
