Padelwerk Altstätten sits in the Baffles industrial zone at Bafflesstrasse 18, a short drive from Rheintal town centre and reachable on foot from Altstätten SG station in about fifteen minutes. The automated hall opened as part of the Padelwerk roll-out into eastern Switzerland, giving the St. Gallen–Lake Constance corridor two indoor doubles courts without crossing into Austria. Self-service is the model: book on Playtomic, enter with your email code, grab rackets from the hire rack and play. A lounge with a food box, free table tennis and showers covers the basics. Coaches Hilario Castro and Arne Wildemann offer private lessons in several languages. Google reviewers like the fair prices and variety of demo rackets; one note worth knowing is the ceiling height feels low for habitual lobbers until you adjust.

Doubles courts from CHF 38/h before 16:00, CHF 48/h from 16:00 and weekends; 90-minute slots CHF 57 / CHF 72. Singles pricing does not apply here — doubles only. Book via Playtomic or padelwerk.ch with four-digit door code. Network Gold membership CHF 900/year (90 min daily any site); Silver CHF 400/year (weekdays until 16:00). Great place to play Padel, brand new and there’s even some rackets available to try different styles !
Very new padel hall with a great booking system and fair prices. The court is unfortunately a bit low, as padel is a lob-heavy game, but after a short adjustment period, it's still great.
