Padeleros @ TC Egnach brought the first outdoor padel courts to Canton Thurgau, set on the Romanshornerstrasse club grounds above Lake Constance with mountain views that reviewers call the most professional padel site in eastern Switzerland. Padeleros operates the padel side in partnership with Tennis Club Egnach, which still runs six outdoor tennis courts, three indoor tennis halls and two squash boxes on the same campus. Two doubles outdoor lanes use Mondo Supercourt artificial turf — the same surface family used on the Premier Padel tour — with integrated foundation drainage so play can resume soon after rain, a detail players mention repeatedly. A club bistro handles post-match drinks when open; changing rooms sit reachable via the tennis-court rear entrance when the restaurant is closed. The vibe is community-led: WhatsApp groups, after-work Mexicano tournaments and Tuesday group training sessions fill the calendar.
Facilities
Book and pay online only via Playtomic or padeleros.ch — no on-site payment. Summer tariff (Apr–Oct) per TC Egnach: CHF 45/hour weekdays until 17:00, CHF 55/hour evenings and weekends; 90- and 120-minute slots on Playtomic at CHF 82.50 and CHF 110. Daytime membership CHF 49/month — unlimited weekday play until 17:00 at Egnach only (discount on your quarter share when splitting with others). Padeleros wallet top-up: pay CHF 150, receive CHF 165 credit network-wide except Bassersdorf. Group training beginner/intermediate from CHF 45 on Tuesdays. After-work Mexicano tournaments CHF 25. The courts are perfectly maintained, top-quality equipped, and offer excellent playing conditions whatever the weather. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful ambiance: plenty of space, a well-maintained environment, and a relaxed, sporty atmosphere. Whether for a quick match after work or a weekend tournament – everything is just right here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you immediately feel welcome. In conclusion: For all padel lovers who value quality and atmosphere, these courts are an absolute must!
