Noak Hill Padel is a newly opened outdoor court at the family-run Noak Hill Golf Club on Noak Hill Road, Great Burstead, Billericay (CM12 9UL). It sits beside a 9-hole par-3 course and the Fairways Clubhouse, so a padel hit can sit alongside golf or a drink on the terrace. Planning permission covered a new floodlit outdoor court; reviews from early visitors describe a fresh, clean, welcoming setup suited to beginners as well as regulars. This is a single-court local offer rather than a multi-court chain venue — quiet Essex countryside feel between Billericay and Basildon, roughly half an hour from Chelmsford or Southend. Facilities
Access is mainly pay-and-play via Padel Mates; court hire is commonly listed around £20–£40 per hour depending on peak times. Some directories quote per-player guest rates for off-peak/peak — confirm live pricing in the booking app. Formal padel membership tiers are not heavily marketed online; ask the club or check Padel Mates if membership products appear when you book. Golf club membership is separate from padel hire.

Noak Hill’s new padel court is an outstanding addition to the local sports scene. The facility feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a real emphasis on creating a welcoming space for both beginners and experienced players.
Two of my favourite sports in one place, will definitely be coming back!
