Bishop's Stortford Padel Club sits next to Bishop's Stortford Football Club at Woodside Park on Dunmow Road (CM23 5RG). Co-founded by former British No.1 Frankie Langan and his father Keith Langan (both with Team GB padel links), it is a dedicated padel complex rather than tennis-club add-on courts. The design mixes three fully covered courts with four uncovered outdoor courts for an outdoor Spanish-style feel when weather allows, plus year-round cover when it rains. A clubhouse with reception, changing, café and shop anchors the site. Reviews from early visitors praise the vibe, coaching and welcome; one player called out three covered plus outdoor summer play. Distinct from Bishop's Stortford Lawn Tennis & Padel Club at Cricketfield Lane.
Facilities
Founder memberships were offered ahead of and around opening via Nettla. Pay-and-play court hire sits alongside membership for priority booking and community access. Coaching and a junior academy led by Frankie Langan are part of the club pitch for Hertfordshire and Essex players. What a place ! It’s got such a nice vibe, whether you’re there for a proper game or just a bit of fun. You feel welcome straight away and it’s already turning into a great little social spot. Definitely worth a visit!

A padel oasis in the heart of Bishop's Storford, run by the most lovely, friendly and welcoming people. The atmosphere is wonderful and the courts are excellent. Three covered and one uncovered for catching the summer vibes. I highly recommend - it's a great club!
