Blackburn Northern Sports Club on Pleckgate Road is a long-established multi-sport club (tennis, squash, hockey and more) that added a floodlit padel court at the front of the grounds. It is a traditional members' sports club setting rather than a standalone padel destination—players share clubhouse culture, parking and social facilities with tennis and squash users. Reviews highlight a well-kept padel court, helpful staff, and straightforward booking alongside squash. Floodlights support evening sessions until about 10pm. Group padel coaching for beginners and intermediates runs on Wednesday evenings with Head Coach Jamie Hutchings, with private lessons available pay-and-play.
Facilities
Padel is explicitly pay-as-you-play for members and non-members—no padel-only membership is required. Brilliant tennis club
Fantastic Padel court and other facilities. I use the Padel court and Squash courts regularly. Friendly people at the club and always there to help if needed. Straight forward booking system too!
