Poplars Padel is a new indoor padel venue at Poplars Farm on Thorne Road in East Cowick, near Goole. Established in 2026, it sits on a working farm site but plays indoors under a high white-walled hall with two blue glass-walled doubles courts. The club leans social as much as sporting — workplace tournaments have already been hosted here, and the lounge seating beside the courts is set up for spectators and post-match catch-ups. Bookings run through Playtomic, with equipment hire and lockers on site so drop-in players can turn up light. For the Goole–Selby–Howden corridor it is a rare local indoor option rather than another outdoor pair.
Facilities
Off Peak Membership is £10 a month via Playtomic. Members get 15% off their own share of private games, open matches, socials and tournaments, plus priority booking up to 28 days ahead and cancellation up to 24 hours before. Casual pay-as-you-play remains available for non-members on the same app.
