It's great! Management really consider the customer feedback and takes any action. Everything else is great.
Spa is not open till mid October. Cannot wait.
Great game of padel. Just waiting for sauna and steam to be back on line been off 5 months
I have subscribed to David Lloyd Corstophine at the beginning of August especially for kids activities. SUCH A NIGHTMARE As it was not at all what was promised and excpected (teacher absolutely bored to look after children, my son afraid by one of them a bit agressive, I was in the classroom so I saw him, and classes all full you can’t even make reservations) I wanted to cancel my subscription ON TIME (only one day after subscription) as explained on the contract. NIGHTMARE BEGIN : During more than one month, I had to write to them every 5 days (as they only answer every 5 or 6 days) as they never sent to me my refund. They explained problems with my bank (but I had my bank at the phone saying nothing was wrong at all with this company, even if they will certainly answer that), and finally after 1 month they wrote to me that refund was not made and they will do it.. and NOW, after nearly 1 month and a half, I have received ONLY £280 from my £500 I paid, for only one hour of « basketball » lesson (without even ball) Even a real lesson with LeBron James would have been less expensive!!! Now I will have to write to them AGAIN, ask for my money AGAIN, and finally certainly open a dispute on my bank as they are very unfair.
