Membership & Pricing

PADELHUB Epsom is an indoor padel hub at 7-8 Blenheim Road in Epsom, Surrey, built as a weather-proof alternative to outdoor clubs nearby. Five indoor panoramic courts sit under one roof with a gym, licensed cafe-bar and changing facilities, so you can play when rain washes out outdoor bookings elsewhere. The community side is strong: social sessions, coaching and a welcoming bar culture get frequent praise, with staff often helping fill a fourth player. Like many fast-growing hubs, membership pricing has drawn mixed feedback after fee and terms changes, so check current tiers carefully. For Epsom, Ewell and nearby Surrey players who want reliable indoor courts plus food and gym in the same building, it remains a major local option.

Facilities

PADELHUB runs tiered memberships via Playtomic alongside pay-per-play. Bronze starts around £14.99 a month with about 15 percent off court fees and 10-day booking. Silver around £34.99 adds deeper court discounts and stronger bar or shop perks. Gold around £49.99 is often the popular mid tier with longer booking windows. Platinum around £99.99 offers the deepest court discount at about 50 percent off your quarter, 14-day booking and more concurrent bookings, with limited availability. Junior rates exist for under-18s. All paid tiers typically include gym access plus discounts on coaching, socials, bar and shop. Annual 12-for-10 style deals appear on some packages. Confirm home-hub restrictions and cancellation rules before joining, as multi-site access and unlimited models have changed.

I ended up playing here for the first time as the rain called off my outside game. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great game and courts felt amazing. They also had food options and lots of drinks choices. Overall 10 out of 10 and will definitely come back!!

Really friendly group of people here. Welcoming, inclusive and FUN! Social sessions are plenty and good practice. Good mix of coaches. Bar/cafe staff are great and often join in play when we are short of a player.

Lucy was absolutely fantastic at PadelHub. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and ensured everything ran smoothly. Her friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. She was always happy to help, whether it was organising the court, giving tips, or just making sure everyone was having a great time. It’s clear she genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers. Lucy is a real asset to the team, and I’d highly recommend PadelHub thanks to her excellent service!

A great community and club ruined overnight by a drastic change in member fees and T’s and C’s - communicated in a cold manner with little focus on customer service nor care for members. I appreciate the business model has to work, but you needed to consider your long term members and their commitment to you. We paid full price from day one even when the club was still being built, had no bar, gym or changing facilities and you never offered a discount in that period (or even a thanks) but you now ramp up the member fees and push the T’s and C’s in your favour considerably. Good work!
