Padel Pod’s Crouch End flagship sits on Tivoli Road (N8 8RE) as a small community “micro club” rather than a warehouse venue. Two outdoor floodlit courts opened here as pop-up / temporary-style courts, with longer-term plans talked about for a permanent four-court build. The brand pitches affordable, local padel with coaching and a social feel; comedian Michael McIntyre has publicly praised the North London site. Bookings run through Padel Mates (the Google listing points at a Padelbox/Padel Mates club page). Hornsey and Crouch Hill stations are roughly a 10-minute walk. Reviews are mixed: some love the convenience and vibe, others flag uneven bounce and gaps typical of pop-up surfaces — the operator has openly said these are not the same as permanent courts.
Facilities
Standard access is pay-and-play through Padel Mates; no heavy membership requirement for basic hire is the usual model. Off-peak hire has been quoted from around £24 per hour, rising toward about £40 at peak — confirm live prices in the app. Contact the club if membership or coaching packages are running at the time you join.

Good location and concept but the courts are very even with an inconsistent bounce. The nets are also very slack and low. Not the best experience compared to other London spots.
Awful court. Big gaps between the floor and the walls. Floor not been levelled so uneven bounce. Only book if not courts available any where else
