Membership & Pricing
Padel Box Bermondsey is an indoor padel club under railway arches at British Wharf on Ilderton Road and Rollins Street in South Bermondsey. Five world-class panoramic courts sit behind glass in an industrial warehouse conversion, with a mezzanine social box above for coffee, drinks and watching play. Founders Charlie and Terry Williams built it as a social destination as much as a court centre, and that comes through in the fit-out: specialty coffee, a fully stocked bar, garden and garden bar, work booths and a pro shop. Reviews praise modern blue court surfaces, friendly staff, private showers and a strong vibe for both casual hits and corporate evenings. It is a short walk from South Bermondsey station and suits South East London players who want premium indoor courts with somewhere proper to hang out afterwards.
Facilities
Anyone can pay and play, with an optional membership for regulars. Membership is about £30 a month or £300 a year via Playtomic. Benefits typically include 10-day advance court booking versus a shorter window for non-members, about 10 percent off your own court share, free racket and towel rental, gym-area access, and shop discounts including around 10 percent on rackets and clothing and 20 percent on Padel Box branded kit. Court discounts usually apply only to the member's share unless other players are also members. Check Playtomic for current non-member court rates, which vary by time.

We hired out Padel Box for a corporate event and it was excellent. The staff were accommodating and super friendly, and they even helped us out with a couple of ringers to fill in as the evening went on. The upstairs area worked well for post-event networking and drinks (and a decent choice too). Food options were a little limited, but the toasties were tasty. We're already planning our next event at the venue.
Really good padel court. 5 indoor courts with blue court surfaces, clean, spacious, and cozy. All the staffs were nice, and helpful. There's a small shop, a cafe, some free exercise bikes, free gym/fitness equipments to warm up, and really cozy waiting rooms, and also a private waiting room.
Had the pleasure of visiting Padelbox I’ve played at a couple of other venues, and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. Very modern, excellent playing surface, and the staff are amazing. You even get your own separate showers, and the pricing is very competitive. Highly, highly recommended. I’m already looking forward to coming back there for there monthly tournament.
The courts and overall environment are very good. However, the AC is set extremely high, making it very cold inside, especially during December when the outside temperature is already around 2–3°C. There’s really no need for such strong air conditioning, simple ventilation would be more than enough. The cold air caused discomfort and a headache, and reducing this would also help lower running costs, which could ideally reflect in lower booking fees.
Padel Box Bermondsey is fantastic! The vibe is always great, the courts are top quality, and the whole team is super friendly. A special shout-out to Tyrah, who was incredibly kind and even helped me re-wrap my padel racket. Nerija is also lovely and makes the best coffee! 🎾👏
