Lowther Gardens Padel and Tennis Centre in Lytham St Annes is the North West's first public outdoor padel site, set in Lowther Gardens on West Beach (FY8 5QQ) beside Lowther Pavilion. Operated by Atmos Padel (formerly Padel Project UK), it offers four floodlit outdoor courts — three doubles and one singles — on a pure pay-and-play model with no membership required. Book through Playtomic for weekday mornings through evenings and weekend daytime slots. Intro sessions, coaching with Matt, Sira and Steve, WhatsApp community match-finding and the Atmos League give structure beyond casual hire. The park setting means toilets and a café are at Lowther Pavilion opposite the courts, with tennis also available on site. Coastal weather can stop outdoor play, so check the forecast before travelling.
Facilities
No membership is required — anyone can book on Playtomic. Intro sessions and coaching are priced separately (coaching from about £41 per hour with Matt, Sira or Steve). Join the club WhatsApp for sessions and offers, and ask club manager Sira about the Atmos League for competitive fixtures over a two-month block. Gift vouchers and mailing-list updates are available via the Atmos Padel site. Pay-and-play keeps commitment low for visitors to Lytham and the Fylde coast.
