Brampton Heath Golf Centre in Church Brampton, just outside Northampton, added a dedicated padel centre with four covered courts beside the clubhouse. The golf venue has been a busy family-owned site since 1995, with an 18-hole course, a nine-hole short course, footgolf, and a driving range. Padel opened to the public as Brampton Heath Golf and Padel, sharing parking, pro shop, changing rooms, and the renovated clubhouse. Courts sit under a shared canopy with lighting for year-round play. Bookings run through Playtomic. Coaching is available, and a WhatsApp community helps players find partners and keep up with courses. Some recent reviews flag pigeon mess on the courts as an ongoing annoyance for weekly players.
Facilities
Pay-and-play court hire is open to the public via Playtomic (app or web), linked from bhgc.co.uk. Peak times are weekday evenings from 4pm and all day weekend; off-peak is Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm. Padel membership is sold through the Playtomic app; new members then collect a membership form from the pro shop to activate benefits. Coaching enquiries go to the padel team (including dan@bhgc.co.uk). A WhatsApp community is used for social games, partner matching, and course updates. Racket and ball hire are available without membership.

Padel courts filled with bird 💩 We play weekly and have watched the courts get dirtier and dirtier. FILLED WITH PIGEON DROPPINGS, week after week they haven’t been cleaned up, it’s all down the glass, on ur ball, etc. Invest in some netting, and cleaners… Dried bird droppings is a health risk. Going elsewhere from now on.
Very friendly, great course considering the dry conditions, in excellent shape, interesting holes, very nice patio with a great choice of drinks to enjoy after the round of golf
There should be such thing as 0 star, the woman with the glasses in the pro shop is incredibly rude and has terrible costumer service which is a shame because it lets the rest of the establishment down, all other staff members are lovely as are the facilities and golf course! We had booked a tee off time for 2:56 but we turned up at 3:02 so 6 mins late , we where we told we couldn’t tee off as it’s 8 mins between tee of times! We then proceeded to watch the group after us tee off late after we were told very rudely we couldn’t! Had a few issues with this woman previously so potentially the reason she was funny about letting us tee off a couple of mins late, so heads up if you go into the pro shop and she’s in there be prepared for attitude!
Played padel recently. Courts are ok but could be better. Pigeons inside causing mess wasn't ideal!
