Koninklijke Tennisclub Issera — branded Nieuwpoortse Padel Club for padel — is one of West Flanders' oldest tennis addresses, founded in 1954 in the green setting of Astridpark. Padel arrived as a natural extension: two outdoor courts nestle among trees at Padelveldjes on Kaai 52, offering wind and sun shelter that reviewers appreciate, while the main club hub with bar Todos Locos and refreshed changing rooms sits at Astridpark 6. The outdoor tennis infrastructure belongs to the city of Nieuwpoort under a long concession; indoor courts and the 2022 clubhouse upgrades are club-owned. Whether you are a holiday player on the coast or a local pairing tennis mornings with padel evenings, Issera balances competitive interclub life with relaxed recreational booking. Facilities
Padel forfait adults: €180 per year (€170 if paid before 31 January) including membership fee and court access April–March. Youth forfait under 18: €140 (€130 early). Padel Credit for occasional players: €60 subscription (€50 early) plus €3 per person per 90-minute booking. Start to Padel bundle: €90 including five S2P lessons and reduced court hire at €3 per person. Summer tennis plus Start to Padel combi: €200. Family padel forfait for all household members: €580 (€550 early). Tennis summer plus padel forfait combi: €275 (€265 early). Join via the members module on issera.be or the Tennis en Padel Vlaanderen app; first adult membership incurs a €5.11 federation service fee. A very nice place to play tennis for both young and old. And also a great cafe with a view of the indoor tennis courts.
Nice setting. We only had a drink, so I can't comment on the courts. Terrace overlooking the courts with a shaded area. Friendly staff.
