Ostend Tennis Club shares its Koninginnelaan campus with Ostend Padel Club, one of the largest coastal padel sites in Belgium. In a green pocket minutes from Ostend seafront, the padel section runs twelve outdoor courts and three indoor lanes alongside the tennis club's clay, all-weather and indoor tennis courts. Members and visitors get changing rooms, sun terraces and a friendly padel bar for post-match drinks. The pairing lets households mix tennis and padel on one membership, with youth able to play both sports in summer without extra fees. Padel has become a flagship offering here — reviews praise the scale of the grounds, though the busy family atmosphere can feel lively on competition days.
Facilities
Book through Tennis en Padel Vlaanderen after registering an account. Non-members pay forty-four euros for a full outdoor court (ninety minutes) or forty-eight to fifty-two euros indoor depending on peak/off-peak; members add guest players at eleven euros outdoor or thirteen euros indoor per non-member. Combined Ostend Tennis Club and Ostend Padel Club membership unlocks up to fifty percent discount on court hire. Family subscriptions and youth summer access are available via the secretariat. Really big domain, with lots of courts. Nice bar.
Lovely terrace. Too many screaming children though even when the matches were being played.
Bit of works going on near the padel grounds. Lots of parking space nearby, possibility to change on site. Clean outdoor fields. Will come here again!
Nice tennis courtyard, with padel and dubble bar inside and out.
