Tennis Club Arcachon (TCA) is a historic multi-racket club set in the pine-lined Parc Pereire in Arcachon, on France’s Bassin d’Arcachon. Beyond its large tennis complex, the club runs three dedicated padel courts—two semi-covered and one outdoor—so players can book a session whether they are full members, secondary-licence visitors, or holiday guests. Padel coaching is led year-round by Catherine Lalanne, a diploma-holding instructor ranked among France’s top players and a multi-time senior world and European champion, with group lessons, private sessions, and holiday stages for adults and children aged seven to sixteen. Open padel games by level, tournament dates via Pad’L Arcachon, and a lively club-house culture make this a social Arcachon padel destination rather than a stand-alone box club. The site also hosts pickleball and a full tennis programme, so mixed racket groups find everything on one wooded campus.
Facilities
Tennis Club Arcachon offers annual FFT-linked memberships for individuals, couples, families, and secondary-club players who already hold a licence elsewhere. Full members enjoy free year-round access to the tennis courts, the three padel courts, and the pickleball court, plus two complimentary guest invitations per year for tennis or padel, partner discounts, and open use of the fitness room during reception hours. Non-members and visitors can hire padel by the session: off-season rates (1 September–30 June) are listed at €38 for 1h30 (€9.50 per player), rising in July–August to €46 for 1h30 (€11.50 per player); FFT licence is not included in hire prices. Bookings open at most two days ahead—same day, next day, and the day after—via the Premier Service online platform from September through June (payment online) or through club reception year-round; in July and August the online system is consultation-only. Private and group padel lessons and holiday stages are booked with the teaching team, with court hire charged separately for non-members outside peak summer packages.
