Excellent paddle tennis 🎾

The lights went out 30 minutes before the end of our reservation, and there was no staff to help us with it. Avoid at all costs.

Unpleasant and unhelpful staff. We couldn't play because reception was closed, even though we had booked a court. They refused to give us a refund and claimed it was the first time this had happened, even though several other customers had experienced the same problem. A major disappointment during our holiday. Avoid at all costs!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Well-maintained courts. Warning: do not book clay courts. The courts were closed and there was no one at reception to open them!

A padel club to absolutely avoid! Between theft and bad faith, I've never seen anything like it. We booked (and paid for) a padel court on the TenUp app, and at no point was it mentioned that racket rentals were not available on-site. Since the office was closed on the day of our reservation, we couldn't play padel because we didn't have rackets. Due to their lack of information, we contacted the Gujan tennis club for a refund. We were given the runaround; a woman acting in incredibly bad faith claimed that TenUp clearly stated racket rentals weren't possible, even though we had a screenshot proving that nothing was indicated. Reading other reviews on Google, we realized we weren't the first to be scammed, and that the club consistently refuses to issue refunds. Taking advantage of vacationers' money by offering a non-existent service is simply shameful.
