Poor management. I recon we did everything right just to get it cancelled 1 hour before the time slot. What a way to begin a bad Saturday. I would advise people to call the reception at least four times so that you’re sure you get the court.
Club Top!💪🏻
If I had to define the club, it would be the kindness and professionalism of both the coaches and the staff. You feel like you're part of a family, not to mention the excellent food.
The home of padel for real progress. Here, you're coached by a highly skilled coach (Flo VALSOT), passionate and demanding, who knows how to help you reach new levels with a keen eye and a genuine philosophy of the game. The training sessions are tailored to your level, the atmosphere is intense, and the players are fully committed. You either love it or hate it… but one thing is for sure: you'll never leave this club the same after your time here. The courts are top-notch, and they nurture future champions. A club that forges players… and characters. A unique place for those who want to elevate their game, not just hit the ball.
We had booked a court for four people to play at 11 a.m. via the Anybuddy app, but that same morning (at 10 a.m.) our money was refunded and the reservation was canceled. We called the Padel club for clarification and were told they had a double booking (or at least a scheduling error for that time) because they had accepted another reservation from their website. This "can happen" mistake, except that literally the day before, the Padel club had explicitly instructed us to book on the Anybuddy app. Rather than a technical/organizational error, I think some club members (or someone close to them) had expressed their desire to play, but since all the courts were occupied, they had to cancel the reservations of "less important players" like us. Therefore, I hope you can fix your "organizational issues" and, perhaps, include player hierarchical levels in the reservations app to make it easier for you to choose customers. Don't worry, this is just a conspiracy theory!
