The Tennis Club d'Èze has perched above the Mediterranean since 1991, when Michel Borfiga opened a multi-sport site at roughly 500 metres between Nice and Monaco. Padel is now a major part of the offer: four outdoor courts, including one panoramic layout with sea views over Èze village and the coast, draw players who want sport with a backdrop rather than a car park. Three tennis courts and a five-a-side calcetto pitch share the hillside, and more than 500 members pass through each year across all three sports. The family atmosphere runs through everything — summer camps for kids, tournaments, and a clubhouse terrace where people stay after the last point. Team Borfiga keeps the welcome personal, and several visitors mention the food and hospitality as part of the experience, not just the courts.
Facilities
Courts can be rented by the hour or through club subscriptions — padel hire typically runs around forty euros per hour, with ninety-minute slots also common. The tennis school covers children and adults with private or group coaching. Tournaments and club events fill the calendar through the season. Contact Team Borfiga on 04 93 41 16 91 or 06 08 88 24 96, or email borfigaclub@gmail.com to book courts, enquire about membership, or arrange lessons. The club also operates under the Padel Èze Côte d'Azur branding with booking information on padelcotedazur-ezevillage.com.
