Membership & Pricing

Tennis Padel Club Barcarès sits 500 metres from the Mediterranean at 2 Avenue de la Coudalère in Le Barcarès, serving the coastal strip between Port-Leucate and Perpignan. The FFT-affiliated club combines tennis, padel, badminton and table tennis in a year-round seaside sports hub with a large clubhouse. Two covered padel courts give holidaymakers and locals reliable play regardless of Tramontane wind or summer heat, while resin tennis courts — three covered and ten outdoor — handle the core tennis membership. Jean-Marc Canal leads padel activity, and the club runs tournaments across racket disciplines through the season.

Facilities

Coaching and training courses run for beginners through competitive players in tennis, padel, badminton and table tennis. Tournament calendars cover club events and FFT-affiliated competitions throughout the year. Court hire is open to members and visitors, with coastal peak season demanding advance booking. Email tcbarcares@gmail.com or call the club line for padel-specific questions directed to Jean-Marc Canal. Facebook updates at Tennis Padel Club Barcarès keep members informed of summer stages and holiday programmes.

I participated in a €20 P25 Padel tournament and played three matches, two of which went to four games, on wet courts... Win or lose, it's unacceptable to only play 45 minutes for that price. I won't be back.

We can't help but love the welcome at this club. The only downside... No outdoor lessons. It's so hot in the summer, it's a pain. We don't like the slow court repair time. But it's done.
