Great tennis school
Summary: The managers are consistently disorganized. Make sure you call multiple times to confirm your reservation! Full Review: We had called ahead to reserve a padel court—so far, no problems. When we called back to reschedule our reservation, they told us, "No problem, there were no reservations at the original time, so nothing to reschedule." That was already strange, but I took their word for it and rescheduled for a new time. I should have realized then that this club is seriously unprofessional, because they hadn't even kept our original reservation. And sure enough, at the rescheduled time, we arrived... only to discover they had reserved us a tennis court instead of a padel court. Instead of acknowledging the mistake immediately, they made us wait near the padel court, claiming we might have been registered under a different name. After a 20-minute wait, the truth came out: no padel reservation had been made in our name. Another glitch in their system. In short, they managed to mess up our reservation... twice. As "compensation," we were assigned a tennis court, but that wasn't at all the sport we had come to play.
Registered for a youth tournament, we asked to postpone a match by an hour because the child had not yet finished his match in another tournament, we were told in a rude manner that he will be forfeited. Hello atmosphere. Gentlemen, if you want our young people to play tennis, you should have a little understanding when we give 2 hours' notice before postponing a match. We will not come back to this club!!!
There are many tennis courts, both outdoors and indoors. You can park outside in the small parking lot, but if you follow the road to the right, you go behind the courts, and there is a larger parking lot...good to know when you take your child to their tennis lessons and the small outdoor parking lot is full ;) Otherwise the teachers are very nice, as is the atmosphere in the classes!
