Membership & Pricing
ASPTT Grand Lyon Tennis/Padel is a long-established multi-sport association club on the Villa Cuzin estate at 140 chemin des Bouchets in Saint-Priest, east of Lyon. Founded in 1907 and rebranded ASPTT Grand Lyon in 2002, it opened its current sports complex in October 2011 on a 3.2-hectare wooded park. Padel arrived in September 2016 with two outdoor courts alongside four floodlit outdoor tennis courts and two covered tennis courts. With around 350 members, the club keeps a community feel: volunteers and coaches organise social play, training and a busy FFT tournament calendar rather than operating as a commercial booking hall.
Facilities
Open membership for anyone wishing to join — no longer restricted to postal or telecom workers. Annual padel membership around €140 plus FFT licence (€29); reduced €80 for existing ASPTT tennis licensees. Outdoor court hire approximately €24 per hour, with lower rates for tennis members. Group coaching available in sets of four players (annual packages from around €180). Promotional Wednesday and Saturday slots combining lessons and membership have been offered at around €200. Court booking by phone or via the FFT reservation platform. Tournament entries via tournoi-asptt-lyon-tennis@orange.fr for some events.

A very friendly and welcoming club. We have a great time there; the team of volunteers and coaches are really fantastic. It's easy to find people to play with thanks to the superb work of the secretary, Alain. There are more events than at other clubs in the area, which is great for meeting people and fitting in quickly. 👍👍
A friendly club with four outdoor tennis courts and two indoor ones. This club is very pleasant in the summer months as it has plenty of green spaces and even a barbecue area with a proper stone grill.
The ASPTT tennis club remains a very dynamic organization with a friendly atmosphere. However, since ASPTT is a multi-sports federation and the management has been taken over for the past two years by a couple, one of whom is in charge of a section, there's now only one section that matters. It's a shame, it's still a beautiful place, but the atmosphere is gone. If you go to open houses or trade shows, be aware that other sections exist: mountaineering, pétanque, tennis... even if they are absent due to the actions of a few... who unfortunately have the power to do harm.
I paid €36 and wasted half a day without access to the field.
A warm and friendly space. The pitches are very good, and equipment can be provided! I recommend it :)
