Lyon V&V Padel is a City Padel centre on Impasse Frédéric Chopin in Vaulx-en-Velin, east of Lyon and a short walk from Métro A Laurent Bonnevay. The hook is the arena layout: three sunken indoor courts that put players at court level and give matches a more immersive feel than a standard hall. The site runs as a semi-automated complex — open from 06:00 to midnight every day with minimal front-desk friction. Playtomic handles bookings; a self-service kiosk covers racket hire and ball sales around the clock. Two lounge areas and a bar round out the social side. The centre opened in mid-2024 and quickly picked up strong reviews for court quality and staff attitude.

A fantastic experience at the Lyon V&V Padel complex! We came with friends and had a wonderful time. The courts are modern and very well maintained, the atmosphere is friendly, and the welcome is warm. The staff is helpful and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's the perfect place to work out, have fun, and share a great time with friends. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back! Thanks to the staff!

Frankly, I'm disappointed by this new padel hall. No one was there to greet me on Sunday mornings, and it was impossible to get a coffee or even a drink after a match… and yet the prices are the same as in other halls that actually have a proper reception every day. Bookings are already quite expensive, so if there's no service or friendly atmosphere on top of that, it loses all its appeal. It's clear that these days padel halls are mainly created to make money, which is a shame because the spirit of padel is also about sharing and a good atmosphere. And to top it all off, there's no video equipment, which has become almost essential in most clubs now. In short, very mediocre for a center that aims to be modern. Let's hope it improves quickly.
