Nautic Padel is the padel arm of the Club Nautique de Saint-Étienne (CNSE), set on the water-sports base at Saint-Victor-sur-Loire in the Gorges de la Loire. Three modern outdoor courts opened in summer 2025 on the site of a former tennis court, overlooking the Liseron river in open countryside. The setup is deliberately low-friction: self-service booking from your phone or computer, card payment on site, and courts open every day from 08:00 to 22:00. Run with partner operator Croque-cerise, the facility targets casual players and families as much as club sailors looking for a land-based activity. Reviews consistently praise the immaculate courts and the rare feeling of playing padel surrounded by trees and water rather than in an industrial zone.
Facilities
Courts are open to the public without needing to be a sailing club member. Pricing is per person: €6 for one hour or €9 for ninety minutes on court. Equipment is extra at €3 per racket and €1 for three balls. Book slots through the Nautic Padel website or mobile app; the IF Saint-Étienne press note mentions membership options from the autumn school term, but the public site currently emphasises pay-as-you-play self-service access seven days a week.
