The Tennis Padel Club d'Unieux is a long-established racket club in Unieux, in the Loire valley south of Saint-Étienne. With more than twenty years behind it and around 450 licensed members, it runs both tennis and padel under one roof rather than as a padel-only warehouse. Two padel courts sit alongside four outdoor clay tennis courts and three indoor tennis courts, so families can mix sports at the same address. The club describes itself as active and close to its members, with a friendly competition scene and regular social events. Padel has grown into a proper school here, with dedicated coaches and a junior pathway from age five upward. If you want padel in a traditional French tennis-club setting rather than a standalone centre, TC Unieux is the local option.
Facilities
Padel membership is structured around annual club fees rather than pay-as-you-go court hire alone. A padel-only annual subscription is 170 euros and lets you book courts at your own pace via Ten'Up. The padel school package combining lessons and membership is 330 euros, with training sessions year-round and FFT multi-racket licence included. A combined tennis and padel annual fee is advertised at 250 euros for players who want access to both sports. Junior padel school welcomes all levels from age five with adapted group sessions. Adult groups focus on progression in a social atmosphere with flexible time slots. Registration for the 2026/2027 season opens through the club's online enrolment form.
