Le Cercle du Padel opened in 2025 on an 8,000-square-metre site at Simiane-Collongue, halfway between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille. Nicolas and his nephew Ugo Mayet — who runs the padel side — built it as more than a court hire business: a place where sport, food, and downtime share the same address. Six outdoor courts carry FFT homologation and LED floodlighting, so evening sessions run comfortably after work. The setting is deliberately family-friendly — couples, colleagues, and groups of friends all get mentioned on the club's own pitch — and the complex stays open from 8:00 until 23:00 every day. What separates it from a standard padel club is everything around the courts: restaurant Chez Tonton with a sunny terrace, a seasonal outdoor pool with loungers, a pétanque pitch, and a clubhouse with proper changing rooms and showers. Coaching covers beginners through advanced players, with padel stages listed as coming soon.

Facilities

Book courts online through lecercledupadel.com — around twelve euros per person for a ninety-minute session. Coaching is available for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players; reserve a lesson through the site. Pad training stages are advertised as coming soon. The club runs tournaments and social events through the season. Restaurant tables and pool loungers are reserved by phone at 06 52 65 71 35. Pool access is reserved for Cercle clients who are playing padel or dining at the restaurant during the May–September season. Contact Ugo Mayet and the team at contact@lecercledupadel.com for general enquiries.

⸻ “A fantastic experience! The center is superb: everything is new, clean, and truly beautiful. You can tell that a lot of care has gone into the facilities. The restaurant, both inside and out, is a real gem: a warm, cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a paddleboarding session, and the menu offers delicious dishes—a real treat! And above all, a huge thank you to the team, who were remarkably kind and attentive. Warm, competent, and welcoming: everything is there for a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!”

This padel court is located in the immediate vicinity of homes (less than 50 meters). This can be verified using a mapping tool (Google Maps or similar). This goes against the official recommendations of the French Tennis Federation (FFT) and endangers the health of local residents exposed to the noise pollution of this sport, a problem also acknowledged by the FFT. For responsible play and to ensure public peace and quiet, it is preferable to choose padel clubs located further away from homes.

A fantastic club for playing padel... but not only that!!! A proper on-site restaurant (a rarity in a padel-focused complex), simple and delicious cuisine, a superb terrace and pool area... and top-quality courts: in short, add to that the quality of the sports activities and the warm welcome, and you have a real gem! Try it now! +++
