Membership & Pricing

USTCT (Union Sportive Tennis Club de Talence) is a community tennis and padel club in the Bois de Thouars woodland on Avenue de la Marne — the Google listing title refers to the main entrance rather than a separate venue. Founded in 2001, it pairs nine tennis courts with two covered, floodlit indoor padel courts that reviewers rate among the best in the Bordeaux area for ceiling height and surface quality. The wooded setting feels a world away from the urban padel halls on the rocade, yet Talence centre is minutes away. Hippomène's detailed review highlights unrestricted lobs, a non-sandy turf and a pleasant gap between the two padel courts — small details that matter when halls feel cramped elsewhere.

Always busy. We need more tennis courts with good quality.

The indoor padel courts are fantastic. The facilities are modern and of very high quality. The ceiling height allows for unrestricted lobbing. The flooring is perfect, not too sandy. The two courts could perhaps use a little more space to counter "par 3" shots. The area between the two courts is very pleasant. I highly recommend it and I love it!

Excellent tennis and padel club. A very pleasant playing environment in the heart of the Thouars woods! The courts are of good quality and well-maintained. Furthermore, it's easy to book your time slots independently via ballejaune, which is very convenient.

The tennis courts are in good condition and very well maintained. Reservations can be made online for members and by phone for non-members. In September 2016, the price of a court was €15.

I advise you against playing tournaments at this club, under penalty of being made to change courts mid-match if a higher-ranking member wants to play on your court.
