Tennis Padel School is a private multi-racket club at the Parc des Sports in Vaux-sur-Mer, on the Royan coast in Charente-Maritime. Julien Fernandez developed the centre with the municipality and runs it as a friendly, family-oriented venue where tennis, padel and beach tennis sit under one roof. Three covered padel courts — including a panoramic show court — operate year-round beside the tennis facilities. Holiday visitors regularly book week-long padel camps with Julien and his coaching team. The club organises tournaments at several levels and keeps court hire pricing accessible compared with bigger coastal resorts.
Facilities
Padel coaching runs in two trimesters of ten sessions (January–March and April–June). Kids: baby padel ages 5–6 at 50 euros per trimester, school ages 7–8 at 60 euros, perfectionnement from age 9 at 100 euros for 90-minute sessions. Adults in groups of four pay 115 euros per player per trimester for one-hour classes or 210 euros for 90-minute classes. Drop-in rates are 12.50 euros per player for a one-hour group of four, 20 euros for 90 minutes, or 40–50 euros for individual, duo and trio sessions. FFT licences cost 30 euros for adults and 20 euros for juniors.

We've been coming to Vaux for two years in a row, and every time we stay, it's a must to visit the tennis club and padel school. This year, we had a week-long padel camp with Julien, the club manager. He gave us excellent advice, was always attentive, and very informative. Thank you to the entire team for their welcome and kindness. It's a shame it's so short, but there's a good chance we'll see each other again next year.
Julien Fernandez is an exceptional person, whether for his coaching skills, his ability to empathize with the players, to adapt in order to best teach and improve, or for his personal qualities, his daily commitment, the fun atmosphere at the club, his work with dedicated coaches—in short, the Vaux-sur-Mer tennis club has been brilliantly reborn with a young and promising foundation in the Tennis Padel School Vaux-sur-Mer. A very friendly club. It's easy to find partners. Reasonable prices. Numerous tournaments are organized, with all levels represented.
Booking is quick and easy. The padel courts are well-maintained and there's a small bar for after the match.
