Padel Review The staff is truly fantastic in every way: welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the courts are practically unplayable, even though they're covered. Even when it doesn't rain for several days, they remain extremely slippery, which is particularly dangerous. One of the players cut his knee open because of it. I don't understand why nothing is being done to fix the problem. This unfortunately forces us to play elsewhere, when we would have preferred to stay, especially for the atmosphere and the quality of the staff. I sincerely hope a solution will be found before a more serious accident occurs.

Despite the friendly, smiling, and dedicated staff, the facilities are unsuitable for the very humid environment. Two padel courts are unplayable due to rising damp. The carpet becomes as slippery as black ice, and this doesn't seem to bother the referees, who continue to hold tournaments in these conditions despite the falls. I would say that next time I would refuse to play in these conditions, but there simply won't be a next time... luckily, there are plenty of other clubs. It's unfortunate to have beautiful indoor courts that are unusable; proper renovations are urgently needed. Best of luck.

Very disappointed with my latest experience. As a regular customer, I used your app to manage our court bookings, and it worked well… at least for booking. Unfortunately, canceling within the allotted timeframe proved much more complicated. I did take the necessary steps to free up our time slot on time, intending to allow other players to use it. But without a confirmation email, my cancellation wasn't processed. The result: €57 charged with no possibility of dispute, nor even proof of my good faith, since the app provides no visible record of the cancellation once the request is made. In principle, I understand the rules. But in practice, the situation is frustrating, and the way the problem was handled leaves a bitter taste. I find it regrettable that a tool meant to simplify the customer experience has become a source of injustice. I therefore feel compelled to share this experience to warn other users. Sincerely.

Excellent center for playing 5-a-side football or padel.

Quality courts, friendly staff. I've been going there regularly since June and I'm very satisfied. The booking app is impeccable; just remember to book in advance because the indoor courts are quite popular!
