Membership & Pricing
PadelCity Andernach is a purpose-built indoor padel hall at Stadionstraße 87 beside the local sports grounds. The franchise site lists nine courts under one roof: six doubles and three singles — a large footprint for a town of Andernach's size. Everything runs through the PadelCity app (not Playtomic): court booking, open matches, racket add-ons and payments via PayPal, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Club manager Bijan Wardjawand runs coaching through the wider PadelCity Academy. The mood is community-driven — WhatsApp groups help players find partners — but there is no full restaurant, only basic drinks after play.
Facilities
Pay-and-play only via the PadelCity app — no traditional membership published on the location page. Academy coaching with Bijan is available through padelcity.de/academy. Community matchmaking via WhatsApp group linked from the site. Storno rules and bad-weather rebooking policy are in the app FAQ. Corporate or franchise enquiries go through padelcity.de/franchising.

Beautiful location definitely will play again.
Beautiful new facility. Very well-maintained and always fully booked. The booking app from @Padelcity works perfectly and is very user-friendly with lots of features. Training with Bijan is a lot of fun and the progress is noticeable 💪 The only downside is the lack of a restaurant.
It was fun, but it was annoying that we had to pay an extra €8 for three balls, even though this wasn't mentioned on the website. As a small consolation, we got to keep the balls. The atmosphere was really relaxed, but there was no air conditioning, so it was extremely hot in the hall and we couldn't even cool down for a bit. Also, the website for booking and payment is a little complicated, and the prices could definitely be improved.
A very nice facility with plenty of courts, clean changing rooms, and showers. I have to deduct one star because we were forced to buy three tennis balls for €8 on site. The website only mentions that balls are available there, but not that they cost extra. Had we known this, we would have brought our own. If you arrive unaware of this, you're essentially forced to pay the additional cost. It's a bit of a shame, but otherwise everything was great and the game was really fun!
I absolutely cannot understand the hype. To begin with, the staff member was unfriendly, and there was no prior information that we had to provide our own balls, which cost €8 on-site. Each racket cost €3, and then there was the 60-minute playing time for €27. We received no instructions (a brief explanation of the rules would have sufficed), nor were we told which area we were playing in or where it was located. The padel cage is absolutely terrible; they could have at least attached a net with Velcro to the openings on the side or put a net over the cage. As it is, a lot of time is wasted; the ball keeps flying out, other balls come in, and there are numerous interruptions. All in all, we paid €40 for two people for one hour, which makes PadelCity far too expensive for what it offers.
