HTC Schwarz-Weiss Bonn is a long-established multi-sport club on the Venusberg above Bonn, with roughly 1,400 members across hockey, tennis, and padel. Two outdoor padel courts sit on the Saalestraße campus in green surroundings about 150 metres above the Rhine—typically two to three degrees cooler than the city centre. Padel arrived as a modern add-on to eleven outdoor tennis courts, three indoor tennis halls, hockey pitches, and a busy club restaurant. The club promotes padel as easy to pick up, doubles-focused, and social, with a WhatsApp group for finding partners and hearing about events.
Facilities
Padel books exclusively through the Playtomic app for members and guests. Members pay €12 per hour on weekdays 07:00–16:00 and €16 per hour on weekday evenings 16:00–22:00 and all day at weekends 07:00–22:00. Guests pay €24 off-peak and €32 peak on the same time bands. Slots run 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Full HTC membership covers hockey and tennis too; student discounts and an intake application are on htc-bonn.de. Beautiful outdoor padel court. In case of bad weather, bookings can be cancelled at short notice by sending a message to the club.
