Taunus Padel im KTEV is the padel arm of the Kelkheimer Tennis- und Eissportverein e.V., a long-established club on Am Reis in Kelkheim (Taunus), Hesse. Two outdoor padel courts opened in 2025 in a wooded setting beside the club's tennis and ice-sport facilities, and both members and visiting players can book them through Playtomic without joining the tennis club. The dedicated taunus-padel.com site explains access codes, floodlight switches and pricing tiers. Playtomic lists the courts as Padel 1 and Padel 2. After a match, the Italian restaurant Mania next door is a popular stop for food and drinks. The KTEV entered a men's padel team into regional league competition in 2025 and reached the Hessian championship finals, signalling growing competitive ambition alongside casual play.
Facilities
All bookings run exclusively through Playtomic at playtomic.com/clubs/taunus-padel-im-ktev. Guest rates are 22 euros per hour off-peak (Monday to Friday until 16:00) and 28 euros peak (weekday evenings from 16:00 and all weekend). KTEV members pay 16 euros off-peak and 22 euros peak on weekdays, or 22 euros at weekends. Members must contact the KTEV office to link their Playtomic profile for member pricing. Courts are bookable daily 07:00-23:00 on Playtomic. Open matches on the app help players find partners when short of a four.

Fantastic new padel court in a beautiful setting! Taunus Padel offers impeccably maintained, brand-new courts in a truly lovely environment. Booking is easy via Playtomic, and there's plenty of parking right on site. I also really appreciated the excellent facilities, including changing rooms, showers, and floodlights – perfect for playing in the evenings too. An added bonus: The Italian restaurant Mania is right next door – delicious food and super friendly service. Perfect for a relaxing end to the day. Highly recommended!
A beautifully situated facility in a natural setting. Playtomic provides all the necessary information regarding restaurant opening hours, racket rental, floodlights, etc. A beer afterwards at the tennis club is also very refreshing 😉
"Great padel court! The facility is impeccably maintained, and playing outdoors is a real pleasure. Thanks to the powerful floodlights, even late-night matches are no problem. Easy to use and highly recommended!" Racket hire is available at the restaurant, but it has to be open!

Five to ten minutes before the end of the time limit, all the lights went out. We spent 25 minutes trying to find the balls with flashlights.
