Nuno Mota Tennis and Padel Academy (NMTPA) operates the Bom Sucesso Tennis Academy inside Bom Sucesso Resort on the Óbidos lagoon, a short drive from Lisbon and the Silver Coast beaches. The academy talks about structure, daily commitment and a pathway from first steps to competitive play. Head coach Nuno Mota is a former professional; his team coaches adults and children in English, Spanish and French. Visitors describe artificial-grass tennis courts plus padel courts, summer camps for kids, group drills and one-to-one lessons. The resort around the club adds golf, villas, pools and clubhouse dining, but the racket hub is where NMTPA runs its padel programmes for learning, improvement and social match play.

Facilities

Contact NMTPA on +351 917 539 181 or through nmtpa.com for padel and tennis coaching, camps and event entry. Programmes span initiation through competitive training, with private lessons, group classes and relaxed social tournaments. A club points system rewards consistent attendance. Resort guests can also reach Bom Sucesso reception on +351 262 965 300 for on-site sports. Academy email nunoleonmota@gmail.com appears on Portuguese tennis listings. NMTPA also trains at its Óbidos base; say whether you want Bom Sucesso or the town site when you book.

Nuno and his coaches run the place. They are excellent. Nuno himself is a world-class player and you will be learning from the very best. The other coaches (like Yamin) are great for kids, who are starting or even older people who are learning it for fun. The club building is excellent and there are 4 excellent courts. There are also summer camps, and my daughter has attended 3 of them. You can be a starter or a pretty serious player you will be able to find a partner or coach here.

I'm so glad I found Nuno Mota tennis academy. I started over a year ago taking a group class. The coaches are friendly, fun and knowledgeable, it's low stress, but if you want to learn you will. There are some group classes that are just playing, like the doubles classes on Fridays. I attended the Tuesday group class where we did drills, practicing different ground strokes and volleys. At times it can be quite a workout. Usually near the end of the lesson we get to play King or doubles. After some time in the group class I added once a week coaching because I could see that working with one of Nuno's coaches could really improve my game, and it has. I now take my class in Óbidos, but I also have attended classes at Bom Sucesso. At Bom Sucesso I have seen kids being coached, both for fun, especially the younger kids, but I've also seen some seriously good kids playing there too. Because the coaches are so nice I would not hesitate to enroll my kids. I also encourage many of my adult tennis playing friends to get some coaching from Nuno Mota academy to improve their game.

This place is really good. Nuno and his team are experienced and committed coaches. They will teach you whether you are beginner or experienced player. They are true professionals and very nice people. I recommend this place 100% and I would come here again.

A small and friendly tennis academy within a chic resort (but which anyone can access). Nuno is a very supportive coach with a good sense of humour, who can teach in English, Spanish and French. €5 per person per court to hire a court, and we also had a lesson. The 4 courts (+ padel courts) are artificial grass, which works well. Recommended.
