Padel Rey is the first dedicated padel club in the Peniche area, opened inside a converted ceramic-factory warehouse at Serra d'El-Rei on the Estrada Nacional 114 west of Peniche. Five super-panoramic indoor courts with full glass walls fill an 1,800-square-metre hall branded as the Clube do Oeste, with the building's industrial character kept visible in the interior design. An in-house academy targets players from age four upward, and the bar focuses on healthy snacks rather than standard sports-club fare. Visitor reviews rank it among the best indoor facilities in Portugal, citing modern courts, strong coaching and a stylish, welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing new indoor courts. Super friendly staff. Great coaches! Some of the best facilities I've ever seen in Portugal!
We used to enjoy playing paddle here, but this time we had a really unpleasant experience. We came with our dog, as we’ve done before, and during the game, the manager approached us, saying dogs were not allowed and asked us to leave. There are no signs or warnings at the entrance stating that dogs are prohibited. The situation escalated into an argument, and in the end, we were allowed to finish our game, but the overall impression was ruined. I hope the management clarifies their rules and makes them visible to visitors to avoid such incidents in the future.
