Polideportivo de los Llanos is a municipal sports complex in the Los Llanos neighbourhood of Almonte, in Huelva province, Andalucía. The Ayuntamiento lists its padel courts at Grupo Nuestra Señora del Rocío, alongside a covered multi-sport pavilion that locals also know as the Camino de los Puertos site. It sits away from the larger Polideportivo Municipal on Avenida de la Juventud, which is the point: this venue exists so residents on this side of town do not have to cross Almonte every time they want to train or book a court. Padel arrived here as a public investment rather than a private club build. Press coverage of the opening described two floodlit padel courts with their own changing rooms next to the pavilion, funded so players no longer had to travel to neighbouring towns. The same complex supports municipal sports schools in futsal and rhythmic gymnastics, so on weekday afternoons the site feels like a neighbourhood sports hub rather than a dedicated padel club. Court hire and school programmes sit under the municipal sports service, which is the right place to check current booking rules before you turn up.

Facilities

This is not a private padel club with monthly membership tiers. Polideportivo de los Llanos is run by the Ayuntamiento de Almonte, so access is through municipal sports channels rather than a socios desk. Casual court use depends on the current reservation and fee rules set by the Servicio Municipal de Deportes; contact that office or use the municipal sports portal when it is open for bookings. Structured play sits mainly in the Escuela Deportiva Municipal. The Almonte programme for the 2024/25 season includes padel groups for children (initiation, formation, and performance bands) and several adult slots across initiation, formation, and performance levels, scheduled on weekday mornings and evenings on municipal padel courts. Enrolment for the schools has been handled online via deportes.almonte.es after requesting a user account from the sports service, or by calling the municipal sports numbers published on the town hall site. Group places usually need a minimum number of sign-ups, and repeated unexplained absences can lead to removal from a group. If you only want open play, ask about hourly hire rather than school registration.

Good place to play padel. It needs a little maintenance, like sweeping the courts.
