Aquaslava Centro Deportivo is the sports wing of Hotel Finca Eslava on the Cordoba road out of Antequera, and it has grown into one of the larger fitness complexes in inland Málaga. After a major expansion it now spreads across more than 2,000 square metres of gym space with glass walls looking onto the countryside, plus outdoor padel courts for players who want fresh air between sets. The centre pitches itself as a full lifestyle venue: CrossFit box (official in Antequera), HYROX, Spinning, Les Mills, functional training, massage and back-care programmes, and open 365 days a year. Padel sits alongside all of that rather than dominating the brand, but locals treat it as a convenient place to book a court when you already train at the gym.
Facilities
Gym memberships and activity passes through the centre reception (+34 952 84 67 82) or hotelfincaeslava.com/aquaslava. Opening hours run 06:00–23:00 weekdays and 10:00–20:00 weekends. Padel is typically bundled with membership or booked on site; visitors should confirm day-pass padel rates at reception because policies for casual gym days have drawn mixed feedback. CrossFit, HYROX, Les Mills, and personal training available with qualified staff.

Newly renovated facilities with new equipment, clean and well-maintained. All the rooms have been renovated and expanded, including a weight room and two CrossFit rooms with excellent equipment, as well as a huge courtyard with a CrossFit structure. Not to mention the entire staff: trainers, maintenance staff, receptionist, and cleaning staff.
Excellent, renovated and fully equipped gym! I just visited this gym after its recent renovation and was impressed. It's the largest in the city, with a wide variety of modern machines and well-designed training areas: from cardio areas to spaces dedicated to strength, functional, and free training. What I liked most is its range of activities: they offer everything from dynamic CrossFit classes (perfect for intensity lovers) to the new HYROX, ideal for those looking to combine endurance and strength competitively. A fresh approach I haven't seen elsewhere! The staff deserves a special mention: they're attentive, professional, and always willing to help, whether it's correcting posture or recommending routines. They also have ample parking, which is greatly appreciated in a city where parking is often a problem. In short, if you're looking for a spacious, modern gym with options for all levels, this is your place. 100% recommended to achieve your fitness goals with comfort and motivation! 💪🌟
Last Sunday my partner called to ask for information about training on a single day since we were on vacation and we were only supposed to train on Sundays. The guy at reception said that we couldn't train on single days, only paying for half a month. There was no choice but to accept because they didn't offer single days, half a month was €22. We came from a town 30km away and at the gym they were already making our registration and said... oh, I forgot to tell you that I have to add €10 for registration... 🤦. Well, we're here, do it, I don't see it as a good idea, more like I see it as robbery... I've traveled all over Spain and this doesn't happen at any gym, you pay for the day and that's it🤷. The guy seemed to hear the air passing by. In short, the whole day cost us €64, a steal. If the quality were at least worth paying for, I'd pay it without a problem because the facilities are terrible: leaks all over the gym, poorly maintained machines, dirty bathrooms... I'll leave some photos so you can see some of what's there... It was the most expensive one-day training session in all the years I've been training. I usually go to that area several times a year, and it would be the last place I'd go. They have their company policy, and it's respectable, but if someone had to go to this gym, I'd tell them what it's like; that's just my experience. The photos don't do it justice; it looks much worse.
Newly renovated sports center. Luxury facilities with a huge fitness room with new machines and all kinds of equipment. It also has several rooms for practicing CrossFit, Hyrox, and many other classes. The staff, both at the reception desk and those leading the sessions, are top-notch. Extensive daily hours, including weekends and holidays. Without a doubt, the best place to train in Antequera and the surrounding area.
A very complete sports center with a gym, group classes, and outdoor padel courts. They offer great prices and a very wide range of hours, allowing you to visit 365 days a year. The facilities are modern, and the weight and cardio machines have been recently updated. Another positive point is that all the rooms are very spacious, as are the changing rooms and showers. In my opinion, I recommend it; it's great value for money. It's also not in the city center, which might be a hindrance for those without a vehicle.
