Since the club management changed, the heating hasn't worked. Showering is torture, and the changing rooms are freezing. No matter how many times we complain, they don't fix it. Maintenance definitely leaves much to be desired. A few days later, we booked court number 6, which already has terrible lighting, and one of the lights has been out for a month. I don't know. You can't see a thing. Despite this, we complained, and they completely ignored us. But they still charge the same amount, and the customer service is nonexistent.
Excellent padel and indoor tennis courts on the outskirts of León. These facilities have a large parking lot, so even though they're located on the outskirts of León, parking is easy. There are plenty of padel courts, as well as individual padel courts and several indoor tennis courts. The courts are well lit; however, the surface quality isn't the best, being somewhat old and having too much sand, which can affect the game. The facility also has spacious changing rooms and a café-bar with a large terrace. It also has a shop where you can purchase all your essentials. Recommended.
I've been training at these facilities for three years now, and I have no complaints about the courts; they've been updated and the lights replaced, so they're very good in that respect. However, the bathrooms and changing rooms have deteriorated significantly. There's no heating, the bathrooms are dirty and sometimes soaking wet, and despite reporting the issue, nothing has changed.
I recently had the pleasure of playing a few matches there. Nothing to improve… well, except my backhand! We had an amazing time. The facilities are top-notch and the receptionist was super friendly and helpful.
We went a few weeks ago for my daughter's birthday, and she had an amazing time! A great experience for both parents and children. The receptionist couldn't have been nicer! 😄 We'll definitely be back!
