What happened today was appalling. The website is poorly designed. It's unacceptable that you want to find information about the padel courts (prices) and it's nowhere to be found on the site (something I believe violates the General Law for the Defense of Consumers). Not to mention that if you click on any available time slot, expecting it to take you to a booking information window to see the price, not only does it say nothing, but it immediately makes the booking and you can't cancel it. You don't even receive a booking confirmation email. I called, and since they didn't answer, I decided to wait 30 minutes. After waiting, they finally answered, and a very unfriendly woman told me that cancellations can only be made 24 hours in advance and that the club's policy is that if you've booked a court, you have to pay the amount—an amount, I repeat, that isn't stated anywhere. I decided to look for the "club policy" and I couldn't find it anywhere on the website. During the same call, they told me that you can only find out the prices if you go there and that I should have called to make a reservation. So why do you offer online reservations? Furthermore, the woman threatened to delete my account and prevent me from ever booking again. Sure enough, half an hour later I couldn't access it anymore. The truth is, I'd never played there; I just wanted to check the prices on the website in case I was ever interested in an indoor court. I never went, and I never will.

Terrible and unpleasant customer service. The employee's treatment of me over the phone was arrogant, condescending, and rude from the very first contact. It even surpasses the inflated price per court. With this attitude, they've only earned terrible publicity and lost a substantial group of potential customers, obviously. A great place to unwind and play padel

I went to play padel a while ago and the courts are very good, although they're too expensive compared to others in the city. The rental system is not very intuitive and the service is quite poor. However, the cafeteria is great and the gratin dishes are delicious and reasonably priced.

Excellent for sports, both weight training and scheduled classes. Open every day, including weekends and holidays. Its terrace café is wonderful for relaxing after your workout.
