Membership & Pricing
Padel 5 Linares (listed on Google as Padel Indoor Linares) runs two padel sites in Linares under one brand with eleven courts between them. The Calle Mina el Fastillo base in Polígono Los Jarales, tied to this listing, has four covered glass courts and two outdoor courts that anyone can book without joining a membership. A second venue, Padel 5 Indoor on Calle Mar Menor near Camino de Úbeda, adds five fully indoor courts and its own shop. The group maintains courts daily, offers padel lessons for children and adults with experienced coaches, and pairs sport with a full gym at Los Jarales: weights room, spinning studio and collective classes such as indoor cycling, GAP, TRX and functional training, plus optional EMS vests and personal training. There is a terrace café known for gratin dishes, a physical padel shop stocking major racket brands, and the online store tiendapadel5.com.
Facilities
No membership is required to hire padel courts at either Linares site; the homepage states courts are open to anyone who requests them. Gym memberships and class packs are sold separately with a wide weekly timetable (call +34 953 65 61 97 or WhatsApp +34 602 032 623 for gym bookings). Padel court rates are not published online; reserve via the site’s booking tool or phone the Los Jarales desk (+34 953 65 61 97) or Padel 5 Indoor (+34 953 65 93 65 / +34 646 82 92 74). What happened today was appalling. The website is poorly designed. It's unacceptable that you want to find information about the padel courts (prices) and it's nowhere to be found on the site (something I believe violates the General Law for the Defense of Consumers). Not to mention that if you click on any available time slot, expecting it to take you to a booking information window to see the price, not only does it say nothing, but it immediately makes the booking and you can't cancel it. You don't even receive a booking confirmation email. I called, and since they didn't answer, I decided to wait 30 minutes. After waiting, they finally answered, and a very unfriendly woman told me that cancellations can only be made 24 hours in advance and that the club's policy is that if you've booked a court, you have to pay the amount—an amount, I repeat, that isn't stated anywhere. I decided to look for the "club policy" and I couldn't find it anywhere on the website. During the same call, they told me that you can only find out the prices if you go there and that I should have called to make a reservation. So why do you offer online reservations? Furthermore, the woman threatened to delete my account and prevent me from ever booking again. Sure enough, half an hour later I couldn't access it anymore. The truth is, I'd never played there; I just wanted to check the prices on the website in case I was ever interested in an indoor court. I never went, and I never will.
Terrible and unpleasant customer service. The employee's treatment of me over the phone was arrogant, condescending, and rude from the very first contact. It even surpasses the inflated price per court. With this attitude, they've only earned terrible publicity and lost a substantial group of potential customers, obviously. A great place to unwind and play padel
I went to play padel a while ago and the courts are very good, although they're too expensive compared to others in the city. The rental system is not very intuitive and the service is quite poor. However, the cafeteria is great and the gratin dishes are delicious and reasonably priced.
Excellent for sports, both weight training and scheduled classes. Open every day, including weekends and holidays. Its terrace café is wonderful for relaxing after your workout.
