BE WARNED! I’m really disappointed with this shop. I placed an order and waited several days, only for it to be cancelled at the very last moment - with no explanation at all. No update, no communication, nothing. It’s extremely unprofessional and left me without the item when I needed it. Definitely not the customer experience you’d expect from a sports store. I won’t recommend ordering here as there arenie trustworthy shops around.

Everything was fantastic !!! Delivery to Greece in 5 working days... product brand new (because I have read various reviews in various e-shops) ... overall experience 100%...the ONLY thing that I'm still waiting for an answer is the fact that in the site the travel expenses would have been 20€ ... however I was charged 28€.

They were amazingly good!!! I bought a padel racket, a Nox AT Genius Attack 18k (the wrong racket), thinking it was another similarly named racket. I had always intended to buy Nox AT10 Genius 18K, because of the rough surface for spin. They were really great about helping me resolve the error. I am so appreciative for their help! Thanks so much!
