Siberia Padel Ascona turns the city’s landmark Siberia ice rink into a summer padel venue from April through September. Two mobile indoor courts sit under the historic roof while the other half of the hall hosts a children’s play park — sport and family life sharing one iconic lakeside building. Founders Paul Montagna and Francesco Bizzozero built an Alma Design lounge beside the glass, with Masaba Coffee for post-match drinks and the existing Siberia terrace restaurant for longer stays. The setup targets Locarno and Ascona locals plus Ticino holiday players who want something more memorable than a standard warehouse club.
Facilities
Courts book exclusively through Playtomic (playtomic.com/clubs/siberia-padel). Open daily 08:00–23:00 in season per Playtomic. Summer tournaments at multiple levels, kids’ campus and coaching sessions run alongside open play. Address Via Losone 14, 6612 Ascona, Switzerland. Municipality permission renews annually — winter play moves while the ice returns.

very good, low price
Excellent courts. Compared to other facilities in the area, this one is larger, the ceiling is much higher, and the partial roofing keeps the courts cooler even on the hottest summer days. The courts are modern, with excellent natural lighting. Francesco is very kind and engaging. I recommend the center for having fun and meeting new people. The restaurant and playground for children are also convenient.

Bizzozero is a serious and very friendly person, the camp structure is excellent. I had a great time, I recommend it 110%.
