Membership & Pricing
Sportarena Visp is a long-established racket-sports centre in the Rhône valley at Ennet der Brücke 3, on the north bank of the Vispa river. Padel sits inside the main sports hall alongside indoor tennis, badminton, and pickleball, with three outdoor tennis courts and a restaurant completing the site. The padel setup is unusual: one dedicated singles court and one doubles court, both walled for fast rallies in the tennis-meets-squash style the club promotes. The hall books from early morning until late evening through the online reservation system. Visitors praise the spacious layout and parking; some note the indoor temperature runs a few degrees cool in winter and that self-service lighting can occasionally fail if nobody is on site, so confirming your booking email is worth it.
Facilities
Pricing and season subscriptions are published in the Winter 2025/2026 price list on the Sportarena website. The Spielpass scheme covers hall access for regular players; subscription enquiries go to info@sportarena-visp.ch. Pay-as-you-play court rental is handled through the online booking portal, with separate categories for padel singles, padel doubles, hall tennis, and badminton. Outdoor tennis free-court slots and prices are listed under TC Visp reservation on the site. Contact the arena on +41 79 447 13 13 or by email for abo paperwork and group bookings.

I had reserved an indoor tennis court, but when I arrived, the lights weren't on, making it impossible to play. I called the mobile number listed on the website, but the phone was switched off – I couldn't reach anyone. Very disappointing service. This shouldn't happen with a paid reservation.
A good hall for playing padel or tennis. However, the temperature could be 3-4 degrees warmer.
We had planned a family celebration for 60-70 people at the sports center, for which we reserved a date over a year ago. We have been in regular contact ever since. Now the owners have cancelled the event due to an "internal event." No explanation, no proper apology.
The tennis center is easily accessible with a large parking lot and plenty of space for playing tennis. Plus, there's a restaurant there with a wide selection.
Best tennis courts, 👍
