Crowborough Tennis and Squash Club added padel in October 2023, unveiling two state-of-the-art floodlit outdoor courts at its Church Road site in the High Weald. The LTA Sussex Club of the Year 2025 blends nearly 120 years of racket tradition with one of the country's fastest-growing sports. Padel sits alongside seven floodlit tennis courts, four heated squash courts, pickleball, table tennis and an interactive squash wall, making CTSC a true multi-racket hub. Pay-and-play visitors are welcome, and the club has quickly built padel mix-ins, a ladder, divisions and Weald and Sussex league teams for men, women and mixed pairs.
Facilities
Pay-and-play padel is open to the public: visitors book via Find A Court, paying £10 off-peak or £12 peak for ninety minutes, plus £2 racket hire. Members book up to ten days ahead at £4.50 off-peak or £6.50 peak with rackets included. Mix-ins cost £7 for visitors or £2 for members. Full club membership brings discounted padel, unlimited tennis, advance booking, free coaching intro, ladders, divisions and team play across tennis, squash and padel. See ctsc.club for membership tiers. Padel divisions and league teams are available to members quarterly.

We bought the kids for a first padel taste lesson. AJ managed the booking and Daniel delivered the coaching. The kids loved it that much, that we had to book for the rest of the week. Daniel engaged with the young ones from the first minute and we can't believe how fast they are learning. Good draining turf and pretty new courts. We hope pádel keeps growing in the community. Regards, A.
My kids do a circus club here, we haven't tried tennis. Its a friendly club that's always clean. Has a retro feel to the decor. Changing rooms clean
My grandson had a kids club there. Hugo and Ollie took great care of him and he enjoyed the day. Great club. Several tennis courts and squash courts. Good club.
Visited to view interactive squash. Seems to be a wonderful club with many improvements in progress
I like this place so much. So friendly, positive coaches, nice facilities with changing rooms with showers, squash courts and car park. You.could order some hot drink with snacks waiting for your child during sessions. My son likes to learn tennis here so much
